The U Pike Bears will be hosting Bluefield College's Rams Thursday night, at the East Kentucky Expo Center, in both men's and women's action.
The Bears come into the game ranked 7th nationally in the latest NAIA rankings. U Pike dropped a few spots down from their previous ranking, #3, after a loss to conference and in-state rival University of The Cumberlands.
The festivities that evening, which should include a Smashburger from Dairy Cheer, will be a chance for a fan to win $20,000 as part of "25 Second Series Shoot-Out", which will more than likely prove to be very entertaining. It's Pikeville.
The Bears were replaced in the top 5, by another in-state rival, Lindsey Wilson, who moved up to #4 after the Bears loss to UCum.(yeah, we know)
U Pike is currently 18-3 on the season.
