Though this 64/60 season hasn't had the parity of past years it may certainly be the closest race ever. Sure you have 5 teams who have been out of playoff contention for three weeks but with only one week remaining only one team has clinched a playoff berth. That honor goes to the 12th Round Kickers. Hobson has used medical marijuana to remain focused all season and avoid the month long hiatus which typically dooms his fantasy season. From a competitive standpoint I hope Hobson doesn't fall off the wagon come playoff time. Perhaps during this meaningless final week Hobson should live recklessly and rid himself of all the distractions that could cloud his vision come playoff time. While the Kickers are the only team to have clinched a playoff spot the Jitsuers, who have a one game lead and a healthy point lead over three other contenders, appear to be a lock for a spot. So as we look ahead to Week 13 we have 5 teams battling for 4 spots. The Bounty Hunters have a one game lead so they are the only team with a win and your in scenario. The Hunters certainly won't have a easy go of it facing the hottest team in the league in Tree Fiddy. Fiddy has come back from Andy Clark's Zip Code and with three straight wins they are in the playoff picture. Fiddy is currently the odd man out however the difference between he and 6th place is merely a point. If the Hunters can keep this contest within 24 points or less then they will hold the tiebreaker over the Fiddy with more points on the season. That leaves the Amish, Factory and steelerdomination all at 7-5. The Amish have certainly been the hard luck loser this year posting a league high in points only to have been victimized by a league leading points against total. The Amish are losers of two in a row and certainly face the toughest opponent, in regards to record, the Jitsuers. The Factory has the easiest road facing the cellar dwelling Barboursville Stars but in this lost season McClung would like nothing more than to end the Factory's run of fantasy greatness. Finally steelerdomination will take on the 4-8 Argumentative 9irons. While this may not appear to be much of a contest you need to keep in mind the emotional impact of this contest. Since week 1 of the season this has been the 9irons circle game, no one in this league hates fantasy football more than GRC3. If it wasn't for the free food and the possibility of a Butch Lemaster siting GRC3 would likely punt football. So week 13 is GRC3 Super Bowl and because of this steelerdomination will be heading directly into the eye of the storm and he better plan accordingly. Given his lack of activity and his loyalty to Dexter McCluster this may be to much to ask and it could very well cost him a playoff spot.
BCFP 149 vs. Bounty Hunters 111. The Factory snaps the Hunters three game winning streak and once again it's Dwayne Bowe leading the way. The Factory had two goose eggs on the roster (this time they were at least active) but 8 players in double digits was more than enough.
Dwayne Bowe 48
FV Slobber Knockers 104 vs. Barboursville Stars 97. Break up the Knockers who have played spoiler down the stretch and won three straight. Typically the Davidson boys have mailed it in since Week 2 but I will confirm they have remained active this season despite their terrible record. McClung it's almost over I recommend you begin your Baseball prep in the very near future.
Tom Brady 27
12th Round Kicker 151 vs. steelerdomination 104. Week 12 was a perfect synopsis of the 2010 12th Round Kickers. Peyton Hillis and 5-6 solid performances.
Peyton Hillis 43
Argumentative 9irons 114 vs. Chocktaw Shock-n-aww 100. The 2010 season marked the debut of Joshua Gilbert in the 64/60 and I'm sure its one the Idge would like to forget.
Matt Cassel 25
Bo's Bad Asses 131 vs. Jess's Jiu Jitsuers 79. I feel so bad for the Asses this season. No one appreciates the game more than Bo's boys and to see their name at the south of the standings just doesn't feel right. I am confident the Asses will right the ship come 2011 and it will likely start with a somewhat sober draft night.
Aaron Rodgers 25
Tree Fiddy 142 vs. BC Fightin Amish 120. It was a good Turkey Day for Tree Fiddy with 85 points from 4 spots. Fiddy boldly predicted they would be a playoff team a month ago at the time the statement was laughable, this time next week it could be a reality.
Arian Foster 30
Pickup Of The Week
Ryan Fitzpatrick- Tree Fiddy. Toss up with Shaun Hill but I don't want to seem biased. Fitzpatrick has been a reliable option this season and the Fiddy has had little production from the position all season.
Head Scratcher Of The Week
BCFP drops Chargers Defense in favor of Vikings. Since people like it when I make boneheaded decisions I'll throw myself under the bus for this one. The Vikings scored a respectable 10 points however the Chargers exploded for 24. However if I had to make a decision again today I would make the same one. I'll take the Vikings vs. Skins everyday over Chargers vs. Colts.
Playoff Predictions
This time next week the Playoffs will be set and this is how it will look.
#1 12th Round Kicker- BYE
#2 BC Fightin Amish- BYE
#3 BCFP vs. #6 Tree Fiddy
#4 Jess's Jiu Jitsuers vs. #5 Bounty Hunters

My team is fucked. If I even make the playoffs. The opposing team may as well have a bye.
This season sucks.
I'm ready for baseball. Where is GRC3?
