Could it be with four weeks remaining in the season that the playoff team are already penciled in? The 64/60 has never had a league with such a decisive line between the have's and have not's. So here we are heading into Week 10 and the 12th Round Kickers are sitting alone at the top with a 6-2-1 record. It is that tie that gives him the edge over 5 teams with a 6-3 record. The 6-3 mark is two games clear over the 7th and 8th place teams, Tree Fiddy and the Chock Shock, who are the only teams in the bottom half of the league that have remotely reasonable playoff aspirations. Fiddy and the 9irons have little room for error they need a 3-1 finish at a minimum and even that mark would likely require a blowup by one of the Big 6. For those who may be wondering what the road looks like for the Big 6 only the Fightin Amish have to play more than two teams with a winning record down the stretch. In the meantime Tree Fiddy will have to build on the resume by smacking around the 9irons, Asses, Amish and the Bounty Hunters. As for the Chock they must face the Stars Kicking 9irons into the Asses sounds like a task I want no part in.
Chock Shock Jayhawks 86 vs. Trish Wallace 77. Two weeks ago Gilbert warned us that the Shock was coming another win later should the 64/60 take note? It wasn't a inspired performance by either team as 100 points in a week just doesn't appear to be in the bag baby, of either team. The Chock have allowed a league best 843 points however they have managed a league worst 807. Tough to imagine this squad winning three of four. As for the Knockers I admire your participation but you may just want to get out of your own way and mail it in.

Jesses Jet Setters 97 vs. B'Ville Second-Tiers 93. Anytime you can total 6 points from six players and still get a win your have benefitted from the proverbial matchup. And as Christopher Lee has told us time and time again fantasy is a game of matchups. After a tough three week stretch the Jit's have now won two in a row and once again the No Kicker strategy has paid off. For the McClungers it's another season down the toilet and no doubt a countdown calender to Opening Day is on his computer desk.

Booty Hunters 135 vs. Hate filled 9irons 124. Why don't these two go make out. People, SmackTalk isn't the forum to exchange pleasantries. SmackTalk is about venom filled tyraids and criticisims. All week GRC3 proclaimed his support of Fenney for the title. Hell yes Fenney is a fine feller. A helluva good guy. But damnit when the season is alive and well I wouldn't wish the Hunters anything other than 40 point loss if their name was above mine in the standings. I suppose the season is over for the 9irons so he has chosen to become league cheerleader. I suppose the elder Coleman is the soft-hearted one. As for myself I would embrace the spoiler role and piss on the happiness of others so I guess that makes me the rigid one. Richard while your at it your oldest nephew needs a big win this week perhaps Kevin Kolb and Ryan Grant look like good FA pickups.

BC Peace Seeking Amish 144 vs. Bo's Kickin Him In The Asses 122. It's good to see some fight left in the Asses. I was hard on Jamison after the draft and though his record isn't good he is much better than I projected him to be coming out of that drunken state so many Saturday Nights ago. For the Amish it has been business as usual. A good draft with nice additions throughout they year and it looks like once again the greasy haired stick man will make the 64/60 playoffs.

Last Call Kickers 129 vs. Fiddy Cent 105. The Kickers just keep on winning. Six in a row for those of you keeping score at home. Who would have thought Peyton Hillis who was a late addition in the Brady Quinn deal would be in the running for MVP honors. The decision to add Hillis no doubt happened one late night in a scene out of the 70's Show while Hob Knob was sharing the moment with the household pet. Regardless of how the process was made the bottom line is Hobson added a top of the line player with a simple FA pickup and it has put him at the top of the league. For Fiddy as if the loss wasn't a kick in the balls then how about the recent acquisition of Stafford who may be out for the season. The loss coupled with the injury has brought big Todd to the point of begging for a Off The Shoulder late night special from GRC3. Sure it reaks of desperation, someone just laying their and putting in no effort but desperate times call for desperate measures and 4-6 with 4 to play is just that time.

The Greatest Fantasy Mind IN the Business 137 vs. spacechallengedteamnamer 92. Sure the Kickers have won 6 in a row but how about the Factory. Production is in full go at the moment winners of four in a row and we haven't needed the mathcups to earn the victory. At this point the Factory has meet it's quota, now it's time to sit back and wait for the final business quarter which would be the playoffs. As for Malone and his troops I am sensing some cracks in the armor and at this point if I was to pick a team who could squander a playoff spot at this point it would be steelerdominationwhooftentimeswillnotaddressissuesthatrequireimmediateattentionsuchasthefactthatdextermcclusterwhohasbeeninthestartinglineupallseasonwhileconsistentlynotperforminguptostartingstandards.

Pickup Of The Week
64/60 Owners- For one week all owners in the 64/60 played an entire roster to the best of my knowledge. Sure Mr. Ward failed to start a kicker but after last weeks criticisim of inactive ownership it was expected for the Bad Guy to follow suit. Besides I have a feeling that he had a feeling that those Packers would supply more than enough points needed on Sunday Night.
Head Scratcher Of The Week
Sidney Rice- BCFP. Sure it may have been a stab in the back of Jesse Ward but we here at the Factory play for titles not to make peace and harmony. Sure I may have blew my hole FAAB budget on a WR returning from a major injury and hasn't played in a game since last year. I will defend my decision with this. Rice has the potential to be a Top 15 WR and for the most part this year has been a big WR year in the 64/60. I figure Rice should be in form by the time the 64/60 playoffs begin thus giving me a elite WR option. Add in Vincent Jackson who was picked up for free and should also be in form come playoff time the Factory look to be a tough out once the calender turns to December.

One month to go. I look for the Tree Fiddy squad to sneak into the playoffs and ruin someone's December.
If Trish Wallace was to ever find out you used her name on here...we would all die...What have you done to us?
Agreed using Trish Wallace's name on this forum was a bad idea.
I hope Sidney Rice robs your store.
Dick.
Thanks,
Jesse
