Typically we here at the 64/60 Prognostication Dept. like to break down the selections. But due to a bug named Flu and another lost day we are going to have to make this one short. As a son of Pearl Coleman, the worlds longest story teller this may be difficult but will give it a shot.
Last weeks 2-3 mark was a discrace and will not be repeated. So once again open up those wallets and let me grow your portfolio.
Pitt vs. Syracuse +1. Two bad Big East teams face off so one has to win. Pitt has NFL players at RB and WR in Lewis and Baldwin. That is more than enough to spoil the Orange Homecoming at the Carrier Dome.
Iowa vs. Michigan +3.5. I loved this game when I first saw the line. I hate the game now that I have seen some numbers. I'll go with my initial thought on this one. Iowa's D is just to good to allow Robinson to kill it with his feet. Thus he's not at the point to were he can carve them up with his arm.
Miami vs. Green Bay -6.5. With or without Rodgers I like the Dolphins. It's been a long time since that Monday night Special Team Fiasco and I believe Sporano and Co. are just to good of a coaching staff not to have improved. This game has FG written all over it and I actually think the Fins win outright.
Baltimore vs. New England -2.5. Does anyone remember last seasons playoff contest in Foxboro? I sure do. REPEAT
Oakland vs. San Francisco -7. The 49ers must eventually win but how in the hell can they be a TD favorite over anyone. I'll give you Alex Smith and you give me 7 points everyday.
Recap: Pitt -1, Iowa -3.5, Dolphins +6.5, Ravens +2.5, Raiders +7
Last Week: 2-3
YTD: 16-9
