Time is short so this is the get to the point version of Spreadology. I suck at picking games but I have a No Quit personality so I will keep on keeping on because that is how I role. 19-24 on the year and 1-3-1 last week. Thanksgiving is about Family, Food and Football and not necessarily in that order. So here is to you and yours and hopefully my picks can line your wallet over the next four days.Packers vs. Lions +9. Packers are banged up defensively and the Lions played well on Thanksgiving 10 years ago. Seems like a good combination to me. Pick: LIONS +9
Giants vs. Broncos +4. Broncos started hot but now suck. Giants started off hot but now seem mediocre. I'll take the mediocre team on the road. PICK: Giants -4.
Pitt vs. WVU +1. Pitt has owned WVU for the most part under Wandstatt and this years squad could be his best team. Defensively they are very sound and offensively they have good balance. WVU isn't good at protecting the football and have had problems defensively this year. Pick: Pitt +1.
Notre Dame vs. Stanford -7.5. I have picked Notre Dame countless times this season and they have helped me out once. In honor of Charlie's last game I'll take them again. Pick: Notre Dame.
Tennessee vs. Kentucky +3.5. The Vols have one this game many times in a row. Kentucky had their shot last year but I'll take Kiffin and the Bandits to win another one. PICK: Vols
Cardinals vs. Titans -1. Vince Young's rebirth ends. The Cardinals once again play well on the road. Pick: Cardinals.
UCLA vs. USC -12.5. Trojans rebound big over the crosstown rival. PICK: TROJANS.
Good Luck and Happy Holidays and always bet big and bet often.
