In-N-Out The 64/60 Week 6

It's nice to see the 64/60 return to normalcy, with the Factory's return to the top of the standings. My many legions of fans were in morning last week. Coming of the loss to everyones least favorite person, outside of Margret Ward of course. As has been the case countless times before the Factory, with backs against the wall, came out throwing haymaker after haymaker and knocked out yet another McClung. Meanwhile the Lemaster/Ward fashion attempted to simmer talk of my alleged back door dealings, given Ev's 6-5 Win. We here at the 64/60 weren't born yesterday and I am quite confident at some point Ev will have to pay the piper at some point over this Week 6 victory. Back in 3rd place in the standings is a former 64/60 power who seems to be returning to glory if you will. I stated last week that given recent developments in Christopher's life that a sleeping giant may have been awoken. Since said event Bopp is 18-7 and has feasted on a McClung combo meal, which by seasons end could be the biggest seller on the 64/60 Menu. While the new found freedom has certainly brought Bopp back to the A list status nightly visit to Southeast Huntington and the V Club could easily taketh away. It's a tightrope Bopp, use caution. In other 64/60 news, construction is underway on the first ever 64/60 Social Club shack. Nestled in the hills in Butch's backyard. Full details and event calender have not been announced as of this press release. What we do know is that it will be hand made and there will be windows and good times will be had by all who enter. May I make one suggestion. Astroturf carpet my friend, astroturf carpet. As is always the case in order to not allienate members of the 64/60 all must be included in the recap so here is the rundown: Josh Gilbert was tagged out with Christie and Jason Robbins early last week. No doubt Gilbert was represnting the 64/60 in hopes of organizing a Wiffle Ball outing at the Plantation. Does anyone need reminded of rose petalled basepaths. I think not., Todd Whitley has been MIA, have not heard from the man since Ashland's newest nightclub I mean resteraunt, Fat Patty's, opened. Bowe/Barker can't speak upon their day to day activities, but I assure you both are representing the 64/60 with class, this week did mark the first transaction of Barker in the early going. It's always nice to see Landon loosining the leash upon occasion. Bill Fenney is no doubt remaining classy. Hobson still has no clue whats going on outside of Wrigley but his lineup has no red letters at this point so all is well. And finally GRC3 who's recent departure from facebook has left one to wonder. Is there nothing to update if your not somewhere eating? Or are you keeping your travels to yourself? Whichever may be the case, enjoy life. Until next time keep the 64/60 in your heart and let's get the trade market going.

Pickup Of The Week

Rafael Soriano- TBA. Several newly appointed closers were picked up this week among them Brian Fuentes, Addison Reed, Casey Jansen, and Dale Thayer. Soriano would not be included on this list as the Yankees have not clearly identified their plans. Even despite this I prefer the upside of Soriano who could easily become a Top 5-10 Closer option from this point forward. Given the injury issues with Robertson combined with his brief struggles in the role I see no reason Soriano can not take this job and run with it.

Head Scrathcer Of The Week

Cody Ransom- TomEmanski's Deathsquad. On the surface Cody Ransom was likely one of the top offensive options on the market. If you took only a brief look you would see he is a 36 year old utility player who had a nice first month or so to the 2012 season. While I'm not a big Dexter Fowler believer given the keeper league settings he's likely a guy I would hold onto beyond a two month period unless no other options were available. Even despite this I can fathom the move as what have you done for me lately is almost all that matters in a Head to Head League. Like last week however when FAAB money is being tossed around on market players it changes the cost associated with the acquired player. Cody Ransom isn't worth 3 dollars even his mom would agree with that.

******Breaking 64/60 Development*************

As we go to press, 64/60 Ownership in conjunction with wifes blessing is looking at a potential 64/60 Cornhole event this coming Saturday Evening. No plans are set in stone at this point but we should have confirmation no later than Thursday. If the event is held I encourage everyone to attend as these events serve as a symposium for trade negotiations and backroom dealings. More information will be passed on to you once agenda is approved.

I'm just happy someone with somewhat of a vocabulary, and sentence structure, is penning this once more.
