Coleman gets walking papers out of the Jewel City

Justin Coleman(Freshman/Richmond,Va/Huntington (WV) Prep) has been released from the Marshall University Men's Basketball team, in a statement released by coach Tom Herrion. Coleman had just been re-instated during the So. Miss game, and logged minutes in that one and played in the home loss to UAB. Coleman was released with what is the usual spill : 'behavior and conduct detrimental to the program and not upholding it's standards and expectations.'

Coleman's previous punishment was due to him using a cell phone during a game. He had the phone tucked away in his warm-ups during the Belmont game. He was noticed 'fooling' with it on the bench.

Coleman just can't seem to keep from making 'bone-headed' mistakes. Hate to see someone with this type of potential, leave the Herd program. Especially on such terms as we can only assume from his previous transgression.
Coleman(Originally committed to Louisville) had been averaging 5.5 points a game and about 2.5 rebounds on average of 15 minutes of floor time per outing.

Herrion stated that he will not have any further comment on the issue of Coleman's dismissal.
