Goodbye? We didn't even know you were here...

The Houston Astros are calling it quits.
However, baseball fans in Houston are still going to cringe come spring again. It was announced Wednesday afternoon, that the former Colt .45's would indeed be moving out of the National League Central cellar, and into the American League West cellar. The move allows for a natural rivalry with the Texas Rangers, and it balances out the amount of teams on both sides to be even once more. See, life lesson learned from Lost, the universe will correct it's self.
The move will take effect in 2013, giving the Astros one last hurrah in the NL. Which will result in them finishing dead last....again. Mike Scott, Kevin Bass, Craig Biggio, and Marcus Alexander, er Jeff, Bagwell are not making the move to the AL.
So here's to Jesse Ward's favorite club, who I pray break out the 'rainbow' uniforms for one last ride in the NL.
quick note, sadly, yes, we did receive text messages today from those saying 'I can't believe the Astros are moving to Alabama!?!?!'.... I blame public schools for the confusion...
