Today, after a scandalous 48 hours or so, The Big 12 has sent a formal invite to WVU. WVU will pay 5 large to take a rescue boat off the sinking Big East. 27 months has been stated as the time it will take for WVU to make the move, however, many feel that it will come a lot sooner than that.

That leaves Louisville, UConn, and Rutgers as the only 'name' schools left on the football side of the Big East, which will keep it's BCS automatic bid regardless of how shitty it is until 2013.

So throw geography out the window, The Mountaineers are calling Longhorns and Sooners their new neighbors.
