It's Logistics, but it still makes no sense...

So, I just watched the West Virginia 3B take a nasty slide into his lower legs. But, the big picture here is that Georgia is stomping them, 7-0, and WV is down to their last out. Giles, the Pitcher for Georgia is about to toss a complete game shut-out. Now, am I the only one who finds it disturbing that after realignment and expanding the tournament a few years back, Kentucky is moved out of the South and into the Great Lakes Region? But, Kentucky is in the Finals of that region once again, waiting on either Indiana or Ohio. Maybe it is better we are in the Great Lakes instead of the Southeast now. We get to continue to hate and BEAT OHIO... But, I just remember growing up and playing ball, our goal was to get to the South regional in Florida/and or Georgia. Maybe, it's one of those things where I am only offended because the Little League brass does not consider us to be southern... I blame Louisville and it's 'we are kinda Chicago mixed with Atlanta' smugness... But you know every last parent in the Great Lakes region looks at us and says, here comes those damn Southerners'. So here is to Kentucky, taking it to those damn yankees in their own backyard.
