That Bitch Lucy...

I have went on record, both here on the blog and at any social function where alcohol is involved, that if the Cats beat The Vols Saturday,a season that had higher hopes that we pissed away can be salvaged and actually be the best season we have had since our flirtation with BCS glory a few years back, maybe even more so....How you say?

I repeat... A win this Saturday in Knoxville will mean that we not only will we be Bowl eligible (which occured with the Randall Cobb I'm going to show you everything I can do game) for the 5th straight season, but we will have gotten two very large primates off of our backs in beating Spurrier finally and knocking off Knoxville.

Sure, we choked against both Mississippi schools, and we dropped an HUGE oppurtunity to be a factor in the east when we waited too long to get going against Georgia, and we played the best game against Cam Newton arguably he has been faced with all season. But this season will be a huge Success after all that suck-ness if we add a win over Tennessee to the season's highlights... Beating Louisville, Spurrier, going bowling again and a win over the Vols in the same season?!?!?!? That my friends , is what they call in Hazzard a silver lining.
