Week One 1:00 games review

Sup with it?

Week One is already half way over, time for a recap. The following is the Top Ten stat producers for the early games. In other words, these are the Prime Time Players not playing in prime time.

1) Arian Foster- The Steve Slaton debacle last year led to a open audition for RB in Houston. I think Foster might have some job security after this week's stats and win against arch rival Indy.

****231 yards on the ground with 3 tds! Retarded. Pretty good totals for 2 games. He added a REC just because.

2) Chris Johnson- Chris Lee had both Foster and Johnson so his totals should be gawdy this week. CJ dominated the game as the Titans dismantle Josh's darling Raiders.

****142 yds on the ground and scored a TD.

3) Matt Forte- Last years disappointment seems like an afterthought. Martz has the OFF at least competitive this year and Forte and Forte owners benefit the most from it.

****50 yds on the ground with 7 catchs for 151 yds. 2 TDs.

4) Darren McFadden- A player discredited although he is only in his 3rd year. Answers the call this week with a great game. No stable is in place so McFadden could do this all year.

****95 yds running the ball, 6 catches and a TD

5) Peyton Manning- A guy no one really talks about. Could surprise some people this year. Breakout performance.

****40 comp. for 433 yds with 3 tds in a disappointing loss.

6) Chad Ocho Cinco- The reality TV show apparently was the right move for the guy known as Chad Eight Five in Mexico.

****12 catches for 159 yd and a TD.

7) Wes Welker- Recovering from surgery. Placed on PUP list a little more then a month ago. Has great game in huge win over Bungles.

****8 catches. 2 TDs.

8) Jahvid Best- Rookie standout has very good professional debut.

****2 TDs

9) Marcedes Lewis- A guy that was projected to have 2 whole fantasy points this week. Instead he has 2 TDs.

****2 catches, 2 TDs.

10) Rashard Mendenhall- With Bad Touch Ben out the Steelers keep it simple and run Mendenhall into the ground.

****A buck twenty on the ground with a TD.

See ya after the 4:00 offerings homeboys

Oh, I forgot to add Hakeem Nicks and Austin Collie to the list.

Nicks- 75 yds off 4 catches. 3 TDs makes this line the best REC line so far today.

Collie- Rec. end for 10 of Peyton's 40 competions. 131 yds for Collie.

Todd love the postgame report in terms of fantasy. Keep this up if time permits.
