As crazy as this may sound, I think that the world of college basketball has forgotten about John Wall. The Lil' Blue Jesus himself. For the last 13 games or so, I think Kentucky fans have even taken our annointed one for granted. His dazzling skill and athleticism have been over looked, thanks in part to break out performances by Erik Bledsoe and the unstoppable force that is Boogie. As Black history month, formerly known as Febuary, is winding down, I think that the rest of the nation is in for a wake-up call, and John Wall is about to remind everybody who he is, and what he can do. So, for those of you who have decided to not concentrate on John Wall as much latley, well, that was the last mistake that you will make this season. I hate to sway other teams from their blatant 'Hack -a - Cuz' defense and multiple un-called intentional fouls defensive statergy you have been employing. It aint working. And I swear to God, Dawson Leary,a.k.a AJ Ogilvy, I would not want to be around the next time you decide to yell in the direction of DeMarcus Cousins again. Do you not know what he is capable of doing to your highlighted Aussie ass? Which brings us to another point, Cousins has matured alot this season. But, that is not to say that the volitile youngster still won't unleash his African Soup Bone Bionic Elbows if he so chooses to do so.
And for those who might not be aware of what is happening in front of your face, DeAndre Liggins is punching his ticket that leads to stardom. The kid is a floor-burn waiting to happen. The former self-centered, ego maniac headcase is now the embodiment of sacrifing for the better of a team. Liggins is who I pay the most attention to. This kid will be our leader in 2 years, and I think we are going to be in great hands.
Now, KC Ross-Miller. Former UK Recruit. A Billy ball recruit. That should say enough as to what kind of player he is. It should actually say more about what kind of co-ed tail Billy G. thought he could pull in. After the new regime took foot in Lexington, KC's offer and spot in the program was one of the casualties. KC then accepted an offer from the woeful LSU Tigers. Then, he released a comment that said he 'wanted to beat Kentucky'. Get in line kid. Ross-Miller stated in the interview also that he was 'happy to be playing in the SEC'...did not mention that he was happy to be at LSU. I think that speaks volumes for the SEC and for the Empire. Players are going places just becasue they are guarenteed a match-up against the Cats...This may not be true, but apparently we have hurt KC's feelings. We ripped out his soul, and now he is fueled by this anger and rage and it will not be quinched untl he exacts revenge on the Empire. KC, you are going to die a very bitter and thirsty young man.
Apparently some Kentucky fans have sent some inappropriate comments and slurs to Devan Downey. Similar to what was happening with Mississippi State, who showed how classy the lowest form of cow bell ringing redneck is, when they berated Boogie's cell phone with text messages and voice mails. Boogie replied by dominating MSU on the inside, despite the 'Hack-a-Cuz' defense in full effect, and politley told the MSU students to call him. Well, it aint like they didn't have his number already, but the the thing is, he has everybody in the SEC's number too. Back to Downey. The messages have originated from Facebook and My Space, which I was shocked to find out that people are still using MySpace. Now, this will be made out to be a bigger deal than the MSU student's treatment of Boogie, becasue it was Kentucky fans doing it. Talking trash is fine and dandy, but if the threats of personal harm and racial slurs are true, well then that is just retarded and would agree with any legal action that would be taken against the partcipants of such a campaign. But, I am not totaly convinced that it was Kentucky fans who are responsible, more like some posers who are actually Louisville or UNC fans. Why would they do that? Because it's kentucky. But, if it was UK fans, and Downey and SC decide to pursue legal action, which they more than likely will not, but let's say if they did, then the punishment would be justified...but let's not forget Mr. Downey and SC, DeMarcus didn't run to the authorities when he received such from MSU fans, he just handed them their ass on the court. Basically, if legal action would come of this, well, your a pussy.
I wonder if USC still feels good about that letter their student government sent out to UK about athletic dominance? I think they just brought the worst level of karma on themselves they could have ever imagined by doing something so sophomoric.
Thursday night is the re-match. Cats win. No doubt about it. The one-loss team does not like the bad taste in the mouth the 1 loss left them with, and now they are paired up with the team who made them taste that. That and paired with the fact that these Cats have the attitude of not being denied a win and USC has had trouble winning outside of their palacial home digs in Columbia, everything points to the Big Blue engine running on all cylinders.
Louisville seems to be coming on at the right time, but suffered a set back to Georgetown this week. And that is all I am going to say about those ass pirates.
Pat Forde, fuck you. While we are at it, Jemelle Hill and Skip Bayless, you guessed it, Fuck you too.
Hopefully, Coleman, or anybody, will post some reading material on the blog other than yours trully. Quick reminder to you all to get your preferences to Coleman about where you would like to have Saturday's meeting for the upcoming Baseball Season. Apparently the Commish has some things he wants to get off his chest. Most of us will prolly be too drunk to notice. I know I will.

Great perspective.
Regarding Coleman's lack of participation, I am dissappointed. Sorry, I can't make this weekend's meeting. I would like a report on the precedings though. Don't let the commish sneek any of his typical pork through the cracks of the scoring system.
Apparently, TN didn't forget about him.
I hate the Vols.
Damn.
