In-N-Out the 64/60 Week 7

I want to congratulate Christopher Lee on his ascention to the top of the standings. After suffering a beatdown at the hands of the Factroy in Week 1 the Amish have won 6 straight. Last weeks victory was quite an accomplishment. On Thursday I looked at the Amish roster and it was littered with Bye. The Amish had to make some bold decisions including cutting David Garrard but the moves that where made netted 87 points which was good for second best in the league and most importantly the big W and first place all by himself. A congratulations is in order douchebag my hats of to you.

It wasn't all good at the top however. Both Co-Leaders, Hendo Colonels and FV Slobber Knockers suffered their second setback of the season this past week. The Colonels only mustard 62 points this week which would be normal for many of the teams this season but the Colonels have been scoring in the 80's all season. The Colonels where slapped around by one of the teams locked up in the 4th spot the Bounty Hunters. The Slobber Knockers setback was more surprising falling to the bernie leroy's. The Slobber Knockers once again had good production from the QB and WR's spots but lack a running game could be a concern later down the road. 5 teams came into the week at .500 4 of the 5 managed to get over the hump and find themselves tied for the ever important 4th spot. The Factory was able to play the Ike to Tina once again this week. This is becoming a regular occurrence on Lindzey Rd. The Beaker Breakers who currently hold the tiebreaker advantage catheterized the Urinators who continues to be the turd in the toilet that just won't flush to the bottom. Bo's Bad Asses posted the most points this week scoring 91 and edging the struggling hybrid putters by 35 the biggest margin of the week.

Like the NFL this season the parity just isn't there. It appears that any playoff hopes of the 9irons and Stars has ended. If both win out the best they could hope for is a 8-6 mark. Given the 4-3 record of the current fourth place squads it isn't impossible but the fact that they would have to jump 7 teams. The season still has a glimmer of hope for the Urinators at 2-5 but again they need to be perfect down the stretch to have a good chance. bernie leroy who once was on deaths door has rebounded with 2 straight wins that have gotten him to a game under .500 where he holds the tiebreaker on Hell and Damnation. The season isn't in panic mode quite yet but you want to be at the .500 mark with 3 games to go to feel good about your chances. Of the teams under the .500 mark it certainly looks like bernie leroy and Hell and Damnation have the best chance to put up a fight.

Bear Creek FP Factory 67 vs. Hell and Damnation 43. MVP Colts D 17pts.

BC Fightin Amish 87 vs. Barboursville Stars 68. New England D 17pts.

bernie leroy 75 vs. FV Slobber Knockers 70. MVP- Phillip Rivers 17 pts.

Beaker Breakers 82 vs. The Urinators 56. MVP Chad Ochocinco 22 pts.

Bounty Hunters 78 vs. Hendo Colonels 62. MVP Carson Palmer 24pts.

Bo's Bad Asses 91 vs. Arguementative 9irons 56. MVP DeSean Jackson 17pts.

Pick Up of The Week- Sidney Rice Bear Creek FP Factory. Both the NE D and Colts D scored more fantasy points this week but Rice appears to be emerging as the top target for Favre and has two consecutive strong performances.

Thanks for the nod...I was quite happy with the fantasy genius that I displayed this past week....I would have hated for it to go unnoticed.
