CATS Illustrated keeping tabs on Joker's class

Cats Illustrated has an up-to-date listing of Kentucky's recruiting class. Hopefully,Joker's incoming class to Lexington won't be 'clowns', as Kentucky has went nowhere quick, in Phillips' 2 years as head coach.

QB Patrick Towles(Mr. Football in the State) and another QB/Athlete Jalen Withrow(stolen by Tee Martin for the Cats), who is listed variously as 3 and 4 star recruit, are the key points grabbing our attention in this class. There are some who have promise, and over all we think that this could be an under-ranked, darkhorse type class of the Cats.

The rundown from Cats Illustrated is HERE.

Holliday gives his recruiting class some local flavor on National Signing Day

Marshall Coach Doc Holliday looked for his 'Huckleberry'. Tyler Combs, signed up for consideration.

Combs ,of Lawrence County, signed his National Letter of Intent today, to play football for the Marshall Thundering Herd. Combs was a standout for the Bulldogs, and will come to Huntington as a 275 lbs. Offensive Lineman. Tyler played on both sides of the ball in high school, but will be moved to the O side of things in college, due in part to his size, and his ability at run-blocking.

Another local product, Ryan Riedel of Cabell-Midland also signed with the Herd today.
